Cyrus, (formerly Osiris), is a goofy, fun, energetic and loving Pitbull/American Bulldog mix. He is only about 2 years old so he still has that puppy energy which can get him into trouble if he gets too bored. Cyrus was originally a stray picked by OKC Animal Welfare, kenneled with a hound/pit puppy. They were both pulled from the Euthenasia list by a foster with only minutes to spare. Cyrus and his puppy sister were picked up late at night by his current foster. Cyrus, his current foster and all of their friends and family have put so much love, work, time and effort into transforming Cyrus from a crazy bulldozer/billygoat of a dog into the (almost) perfect house dog he is today. He has come a LOOOOONG way but he could still use some help and fine tuning. He is microchipped, neutered, house trained, vaccinated and monthly preventatives. He is kennel trained, he is kenneled when nobody is home, during feeding time and for half or the whole night. He is good on leash but is best with a harness. Knows sit, lay down, stay, shake and sometimes rollover. Loves all dogs, even if they dont love him. He is good with cats, he just wishes they would play with him more instead of just scratching him up. His best friend is a 3 year old little boy. He is great with kids but he still thinks its okay to play with his mouth and nip/flea bite when excited so playtime should be monitored. His favorite place is cuddling up wherever you are, touching you at all times. He makes a great weighted blanket.
