Shadow was found in Konawa, Ok in July of 2022. She was chained to a tree with a shallow water dish and little shade. She and 2 others were taken into foster as soon as the owner agreed to surrender. This girl then found herself to be heart worm positive. She has been undergoing the slow kill treatment and is almost free and clear. She moved to a new foster home with small children where she has flourished. She loves babies and other dogs. She can have an attitude when she’s upset, but she’s a Husky, they express themselves. She loves to run in her yard and take nice long naps on the couch. She isn’t vocal like a lot of her breed. Shadow is around 3 years old and is house trained, spayed and vaccinated. She is current on prevention and as long as she continues to be on heart worm prevention she will not have another issue.
